The prices are per person and night in € plus €3.55 local tax per person/day (incl. mobility tax from the federal state of Salzburg €0.50 per person/ day) and include half board with a choice of menu and access to the wellness area. Prices are orientation prices. We shall be pleased to provide a quotation tailored to your needs.

For fixed bookings you will receive the deposit request at the latest one month before arrival!
Bathrobe rental €5,- per stay/person; One dog costs €20,- per day without food (For unregistered pets we charge a fee of €50,-).
Single room supplement €15,- per night in mountaineer room or €20,- per night in comfort room.
For a stay of one or two nights we take the liberty of charging an extra €10,- per person.
Check in from 3 pm until 6 pm

Cancellation policy - terms and conditions
- We do not charge a cancellation fee until 3 months prior the agreed arrival date.
- A cancellation fee of 40% of the total price package will be charged if cancelled one month befor the agreed date of arrival.
- Up to one week prior the agreed arrival date we charge 70% of the total price package.
- If cancelled in the last week before the agreed arrival date, in case of late arrival, or non-appearance, we will charge the entire price package.
