Whether snowshoe walking, cross-country skiing or ski touring, you can enjoy a really intense experience of the picturesque winter landscape of the Krimml Achen Valley.
• 8 km unmarked cross-country ski run leads from the upper Krimml Waterfall to the Krimmler Tauernhaus.
• Snowshoe walkers or ski tourers can go through the Krimml Achen Valley which rises moderately form the upper waterfall up to the Krimmler Tauernhaus or start their tour directly from there, after they’ve first had an easy ride up in the Husky Shuttle.
Husky Shuttle Tour
In the Husky Shuttle you’ll experience an extraordinary trip into the mountain world of the National Park Hohe Tauern. The shuttle gives you an easy and comfortable ride via the three stages of the Krimml Waterfalls through the Achen Valley up to the Krimmler Tauernhaus and back.
On the 16 km long trip through unspoilt nature you’ll see the unspoilt high mountain landscape rushing past and gather impressions you’ll never forget.
