Around the Krimmler Tauernhaus the Tyrolese Grey cattle populate the upland pastures of the Krimml Achen Valley. Because of its low maintenance, its excellent compatibility with the landscape and its good feed conversion, this traditional breed of cattle is particularly well suited to the beneficial use of the mountain pastures.
It’s best if you come to the Krimmler Tauernhaus and discover for yourself the outstanding quality of the milk products (milk, cheese) and the quality of the meat from the Grey cattle and, with the top quality produce from our own farm, the source is also traceable.
